Outfit from Vovo and Grandpa

A few weeks ago Timothy requested to wear his outfit from Vovo and Grandpa. Of course Mark and I obliged. As you can see it fits very well and is perfect for playing on his playmat. Thanks Vovo and Grandpa. We hope you are having a great time in Brazil but can't wait for you to get back!

Blog Takeover

I (Sarah) am temporarily going to takeover the blog since Mark is working and I am at home with time on my hands to update the blog (in theory). I thought it was necessary to disclose this information so that no one attributes the upcoming rambling and likely mistake ridden posts to Mark. I also need to assume control of the blog because pictures of me keep popping up where I look absolutely horrific. I must put an end to that.

So in conclusion ----hopefully in the next week or so there will be a significant number of posts to update everyone on the last two weeks.

Firsts

There have been so many firsts in Timothy's life it's getting hard to keep track of them all. Thought we would document a few for everyone.

First Love

First piggy back on Winston

First walk outside

Dad's first day back to work, so sad :-(

First time in the bouncer, thanks Aunt Amanda

First time cooking with dad

First trip to the doctor

Happy Anniversary!!!

Yesterday Sarah and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary. I can't believe it's been two years since that wonderful day in Hershey, I remember it like it was yesterday. It's amazing all that the two of us have accomplished in these past two years, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for us.

Bath Time

Thought we would share some photos of Timothy's first real bath. Thankfully we had Sarah's mom and Aamanda there to help us as we had no clue what we were doing. Timothy didn't really enjoy the experience but he's slowly getting used to it after a few more attempts.

And here we go.

Who knew washing a 8 pound baby took so many hands?

Gotta respect the hair.

Winston making sure we were taking good care of his little brother.

And for my next trick ...

I'll stick my hand in the mouth of this ferocious beast.

Family

Timothy is so lucky to have such a wonderful extended family. Lots of his aunts and uncles have already come from far away to spend time with him, an hose that haven't are headed this way soon. To Grandpa and Vova, he can't wait for when you get back from Brazil.

Spending quality time with Uncle Tony and Aunt Bridget

Hey Baby!!!

So Timothy's cousin Maddie came for a visit and loved to walk up to him and say "hey baby." Of course as soon as I got the camera out she decides to walk away. So I ask her to come back over for a photo and she walks up to him, turns, then drops into the model "broken pose." Work it girl!

Sibling Rivalry?

Not really. Winston and Annie adore their little brother Timothy. Whenever Timothy cries they both come running to see if there is anything they can do to hlp out, it's pretty funny to see actually.

Heading Home

Sorry for the delay in posting... having a newborn takes up more time than you think. Well we finally headed home from the hospital on Monday after four days of relative relaxation. The drive was uneventful, which is a good thing in my book. Here is the cute outfit we put on him the day we brought him home. We also had a great white coat we put on him for awhile but the nurse suggested we take it off once we put him in the car seat. But we will get plenty of use out of it on our winter walks.

Bundled up and ready to go.
Flashing gang signs with mommy.

On our way.

Meeting big siblings Winston & Annie for the first time.
